The previous structure had been a 15,000 square foot dealership with a showroom that was about 1400 square feet. We performed a renovation and addition enlarging the structure to 28,000 square feet. This included a brand new Cadillac showroom which came in at over 7,000 square feet, service department, parts department, and offices.
The Acura dealership in Mount Kisco features a 5,000 square foot showroom, mezzanine, and a fully operational service center. The project included a general renovation of the parts department, service center, and site plan as well as an addition to the existing showroom and a new customer area.
We enlarged the showroom to about 7,000 square feet, and performed a reconfiguration of the interior spaces resulting in a larger showroom and an open space layout, increasing the efficiency of the usable space for the Service and Parts departments and offices.

We performed a conversion of an existing warehouse into a 15,000 square foot service center. We had to overcome challenging urban site conditions to achieve sensible circulation for the new structure type in this commercial architure design.
